I swear my area in the world is the only place with normal weather right now. Slightly windy, but that’s it. No crazy rain/heat/or cold. Well, that's kind of adnormal for here.

It’s absolutely perfect up here in Illinois!

Absolutely amazing housing, you can get nice 2,500 sq ft house in a good neighborhood for 130-160k. But you’ll be living in the middle of nowhere. Atleast you can have a huge garage and no safety/emissions to worry about. Central Il.

Central IL wouldn’t be too bad. I lived in Chicago for a few years when I was a kid (not central, I know), and my mom lived in Sandwich for a while. I’m a winter guy, too, so that wouldn’t be too bad.
